PROGRAMS
Axis programs are designed to provide the foundation for total athletic performance: flexibility, speed, first-step explosion, agility, balance and stability, power, strength, and sports nutrition. AXIS incorporates all of these necessary components into efficient and comprehensive performance training programs with a distinct emphasis on safety.
The programs at AXIS contain the following elements:
Teach and reinforce proper body mechanics for all athletic movement - running, change of direction, jump and land, throwing and twisting patterns.
Progress the athlete to be able to utilize their hips and control their body to generate more power and explosiveness.
Strengthen weak chains of muscle groups common to specific sports and genders catered to during that season. For unique predisposition to injury or sports, AXIS also has private training sessions available.
Our team carefully plans each season's workouts in advance based on the latest science available for that sport.
