AXIS has been providing professional quality sport performance training (running mechanics, agility mechanics, strength, speed and power development and flexibility) to athletes of all ages and abilities for over 10 years. AXIS has trained thousands of youth athletes using our systematic approach and perfected it throughout the last 10 years. We also have amazing adult classes as well as private and semi-private training to keep your workouts fresh and challenging.

The purpose of our training is to help athletes excel in their chosen sports and to help prevent injuries from imbalances and poor body mechanics. Our programs are for ages 8+. Unlike some other programs, AXIS offers at least 3 different age/ability levels for our programs, so that age appropriate exercises and conditioning protocols may be implemented. Coaches are with your athlete throughout the entire workout to lead, correct form, and motivate.
Classes are offered 6 days a week year round. You can start any time you are ready. Our current schedule of classes includes our Complete Athlete Development, Speed Agility and Quickness, Yoga for Athletes and Adult Total Body Strength and Conditioning.
Once you purchase sessions, you can sign up for classes online that fit your schedule. Sessions are deducted when used.

All the programs at AXIS contain the following elements:
Teach and reinforce proper body mechanics for all athletic movement - running, change of direction, jump and land, throwing and twisting patterns.
Progress the athlete to be able to utilize their hips and control their body to generate more power and explosiveness.
Strengthen weak chains of muscle groups common to specific sports and genders catered to during that season. Posterior muscle groups are emphasized for ACL and shoulder injury prevention purposes. For unique predisposition to injury or sports, AXIS also has private training sessions available.
Our team carefully plans each season's workouts in advance based on the latest science available for that sport.
Our facility includes a large turf area, 3 lane track with electronic timing systems, padded jump boxes, Vertimax, Jungle Gym XT's, Battling Ropes, Speed Bungees and Sleds. AXIS has trained more than 3700 athletes ages 7-adult in the last 8 years!
Private, Small Groups or Team Training options available!
- Small groups (6-8 athletes)
60 minutes for ages 8-11 core and bodyweight strength plus conditioning and performance work (agility and speed)
60 minutes for ages 12-14 introductory strength plus conditioning and performance work
90 minutes for ages 12.5-15 and 15+ - strength plus conditioning and performance work (agility and speed)
- Seasonal 60 minute pre-season or specialty performance classes in a "large group" setting (Up to 10 athletes may be in the group)
- Team Training customized time slots and agenda for your team or group
- A comprehensive schedule of challenging adult classes
