We still have large group performance hours for ages 8-11 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm in addition to our regular foundation classes for that age group.

For the week of March 8th we have the one hour class for ages 12-14 available at 7:30 pm on wednesday and 7:30 pm Thursday. We are waiting to hear from the majority of the 12-14 age group to see if and when you are interested in continuing the 1 hour classes before we put a lot of them on the schedule!!


AXIS provides comprehensive strength, speed and conditioning programs to make you a better athlete regardless of the sports you play.

AXIS SMALL GROUP CLASSES (max 6 athletes) ARE OFFERED YEAR ROUND MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FOR ALL AGE GROUPS! Once sessions are purchased, you pick the days and times using our web based scheduling system. You don't have to commit to specific times or days of week for our regular classes!

We have THREE CLASS LEVELS based on age, prior training experience, and physical maturity. Classes are limited in size to maintain a proper coach to athlete ratio.

AXIS Is For ANYONE: ALL ages, sports and abilities…. Private, Small Groups or Team Training options available!

Athlete Programs include:

  • speed and explosive strength
  • flexibility and conditioning
  • lateral and linear movement patterns
Adult programs include:
  • functional strength
  • flexibility
  • movement preparation
  • conditioning.
